Excellent service I was looking for a new laundromat to go luckily I found laundry for less right down the street from my house. It's great clean staff members are on point friendly respectful.

I left my laptop and headphones behind one day and I called to ask if they were found. Brenda held them for me until I returned she was very kind and helpful. Anytime I am here the staff is courteous and respectful. This is my favorite laundry mat and I recomend it to everyone.

Super friendly and polite staff, and very clean establishment. Love the convenience of the app to pay. Hate having to get change or loading a card. Ladies thank you for making it a comfortable spot to do the already dreadful task of laundry☺️☮️

First time coming here and we had a fantastic experience! The store was really clean and the manager Crystal was great! She walked us through the whole process and made everything really easy which was appreciated! We will be back again very soon, thanks again!

Every time I have to do laundry I go to Laundry For Less Hartford for many reasons:1- The Customer Service is excellent. 2- The place is very cleaned and brand new machine. 3- The Customer Agent is polite and always ready to help all Clients. Good job Customer Agent!!!

Just graduated and moved back to Hartford, today was my first visit and thanks to Crystal it definitely won’t be my last! She was super helpful with everything from showing me where to put the detergent to how to work the new dryers and everything in between. She totally saved a item of clothing that should be dry cleaned only not washed, and had the store absolutely spotless, I have to admit I’m impressed. She really helped make the entire process so easy and because of this I wanted to make sure she receives the recognition she deserves! Thanks again for everything.

First time in a laundry mat in I don't know how many years....but wow laundry mat is beautiful. Prices fair.the customer service was awesome. Crystal showed me step by step how to use the app to use machines and was real patient with us .Makes you want to come back again and again.....5 🌟 s All the way …

This place is clean and well run. The staff is friendly. Crystal, especially, has helped me navigate the space. She is always welcoming and helpful. She runs a well-oiled machine. I will continue to do laundry here (until I buy my own washer/dryer 😉). …

I've been coming here for a few months now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. It's quick, clean and the manager Crystal is great! I can walk in and ask her opinion about which washers to use and my clothes have always come out great. I recommend this laundry mat all the way!
